Joe founded Fulcrum International out of two decades of experience as a nonprofit executive — building organizations, navigating grant cycles, developing earned revenue, and learning firsthand what it takes to sustain mission-driven work when the funding landscape shifts beneath you.

He's worked across international community development, social enterprise, and nonprofit operations — always focused on the same challenge: turning strategic intent into operational reality. That experience isn't theoretical. He's lived the board dynamics, the funder relationships, the program delivery pressures, and the existential question every nonprofit leader eventually faces: what happens when the grants aren't enough?
